Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your return.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you'd like to exchange your tights for a different size, please send us an email at email@example.com. Because we make our products in such small quantities, we may not have your size available. In which case we would issue a refund.*
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to process may vary.
