Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your tights, but we understand there are instances when refunds and returns are necessary. See our return policy below, and feel free to email hello@loho.us for any unanswered questions about your return.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your tights must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.

Please email hello@loho.us to inform us of your return and ship the package to: P.O. Box 81145 Seattle, Washington US 98108. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your tights. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We require a trackable shipping service so returns can be tracked and accounted for.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your return.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

This is our first production run, so we're more than happy to replace your tights if they're defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange them for a different size, please send us an email at hello@loho.us and send your tights to: P.O. Box 81145 Seattle, Washington US 98108.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to process may vary.
